At HumiLume, we collaborate with leading international carriers—including FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS—to ensure reliable delivery directly to your doorstep. Our flat-rate worldwide shipping simplifies the process, offering transparency and consistency in shipping costs.

Order Processing

- Payment Verification: All payments undergo verification and approval before shipping. This process may take several days, especially if additional information is required to combat credit card fraud. Orders with incorrect billing details or those needing further verification may be delayed or canceled.

- Fulfillment Time: We typically require 2-5 business days to process your order and transfer it to our carrier's sorting facility. During peak periods, such as major holidays, processing may extend up to 10 days, particularly for popular items facing stock challenges.

- Order Modifications: Once processing has commenced, we cannot accommodate changes, including address modifications. Please ensure all details are correct at checkout.

- Business Days: Our shipping operations occur Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Upon shipment, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.

- Multiple Items: Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately, depending on supplier locations, resulting in deliveries on different dates.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Delivery typically occurs within 7-14 business days for orders to the destination, excluding the processing time. Please note these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Duties and Taxes

International shipments may incur import taxes, duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. HumiLume has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any incurred import taxes and return shipping costs. For specific information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

HumiLume is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation. If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We rely on carrier tracking information and delivery confirmations when assessing such situations and may not be able to honor claims not promptly reported.

Incorrect Address

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of order. Once an order is placed, we cannot modify the shipping address. If an order has been processed and shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, we cannot retrieve or redirect it.
